WILLIAMSVILLE, NY (Sept. 15, 2020) – In a special election held Tuesday in the Village of Williamsville, Eileen Torre was elected to serve a nine-month term as trustee.
Torre garnered 234 of the 356 total votes. The remaining 122 votes were for write-in candidates.
The special election was originally scheduled to be held in June. Through an executive order, Gov. Andrew Cuomo postponed all of the state’s village elections due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
