Village of Williamsville Launches “My Village” App

The Village of Williamsville is excited to announce the launch of My Village: Williamsville, a municipal mobile app designed to keep residents and visitors informed, engaged, and connected. This app puts essential village services, information, and community updates right at users’ fingertips.

Developed in partnership with Tyler Technologies, a leading provider of municipal software solutions based in Plano, Texas, My Village offers an intuitive and user-friendly experience tailored to the needs of the Williamsville community.

With My Village, residents and visitors can explore Williamsville’s parks, pools, and historic landmarks, stay up to date on local events, and report property maintenance concerns with ease. The app is designed to enhance community involvement and improve the overall experience of living in and visiting our walkable Village.

Key features of the My Village app include:
Explore Outdoor Spaces – Navigate parks, pools, and trails, view photos, and check shelter rental options.
Report Issues – Submit concerns directly to the Village and receive real-time updates on resolution progress.
