People, Inc., is currently reporting work on the following items for the construction project located at 135 Evans in the Village of Williamsville. This list will be update as project status changes.
- Continue site prep/grading at South end of the site
- Finish to form and pour foundation walls at the Middle Building
- Start to excavate for foundation walls at the North Building
- Continue stormwater detention system
- Finish under slab plumbing at the South Building
- Start masonry elevator shafts at South and Middle Buildings
- Start slab on grade concrete at South Building
- Start framing at South Building (weather dependent)
- Continue with site utilities
- Finish select interior demolition at the Existing Building
- Continue under slab plumbing at the Existing Building
- Continue framing inside the Existing Building
- Start MEP/FP rough in at Existing Building
