During the Village Board’s regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, a public hearing will be held to consider updating Chapter 47 of the Village Code. This chapter, identified as the Village of Williamsville Historic Preservation Local Law, contains the functions, operations, and authority of the Historic Preservation Commission.
The code revisions are being proposed as a way to modernize the chapter to better reflect current State Historic Preservation Office guidance for certified local governments.
